The name says it all.... Restoration House. It was a place for our family to find quiet moments alone with God and with each other and to truly restore our souls for even just a few days. We went during the off season, in the winter and were still able to enjoy the beach, the pools, the trails and the quiet breeze of the Gulf. The house was more than enough for our family of 6. We just couldn't ask for more kind hosts to offer such a gift to us as a pastoral family. Our family of four spent an extended weekend at Restoration House, and it felt like a deep exhale. From the moment we walked in, there was a calm about the place. The home is beautifully designed, filled with light, and full of those small, thoughtful details that make you feel immediately at ease. Slow mornings, bikes rides, and toes in the sand were just what we needed. And having restaurants and a grocery store so close made meals so simple. It was the kind of rhythm that makes you wonder why you ever rush back home. What stood out most was how intentional everything felt, nothing flashy, just hospitality that comes from the heart. The house carries a quiet invitation to rest, to breathe, to remember what matters.By the time we packed up to leave, we weren’t just refreshed, we felt restored.
