Lou is a wife, mom, executive director of the Restoration House, counselor, beach lover, aspiring runner, & paddle boarding aficionado. She is also the CEO of Hope Counseling

 

An LMHC-Qualified Supervisor, Lou treats anxiety, depression, & a variety of other issues that steal your joy. She is passionate about helping women of all ages. If you’re walking through relationship or parenting issues, she is here to help.

 

After completing a MA in Marriage & Family Therapy, Lou became a licensed counselor & a Trust-Based Relational Intervention Practitioner (an attachment-based, trauma-informed model exploring childhood patterns & current relationships). 

 

Lou views counseling as a holistic process, taking into consideration emotional, cognitive, physiological, & spiritual factors. Her faith in Jesus shapes her practice. She has repeatedly seen God turn terrible tragedy into something meaningful & even beautiful.
