Lou Walleck, LMHC-QS, LPC

Lou Walleck is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC-QS, LPC) and CEO of Hope Counseling, a multi-state practice serving women of all ages. As Executive Director of Restoration House, she oversees the care offered to every guest, tending to the details so pastors and their families can truly rest.
 

She holds an MA in Marriage & Family Therapy and is a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner, with more than two decades of experience helping women navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship strain, and the pressures of parenting and leadership.
 

Lou approaches counseling as a whole-person process, attending to emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual health. Her faith in Jesus shapes her work in a steady, thoughtful way as she walks with people through loss, transition, and renewal.
