Lou Walleck, LMHC-QS, LPC

Lou Walleck is a licensed mental health counselor and CEO of Hope Counseling, a multi‑state practice serving women of all ages. As Executive Director of Restoration House, she oversees the care of every guest so pastors and their families can truly rest.

 

She holds an MA in Marriage & Family Therapy, is a Trust‑Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner, and has over two decades of experience helping women navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and family or leadership pressures.

Lou approaches counseling as a whole‑person process, attending to emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual health. Her faith in Jesus shapes her work as she walks with people through loss, transition, and renewal.
