Phil Walleck, PhD
Phil Walleck is a counselor, pastor, and nonprofit founder with more than 25 years of ministry experience in private practice, hospitals, churches, and faith-based organizations across the United States.
He holds a PhD in Christian Education and completed executive education at Harvard Law School and Yale School of Management, with graduate‑ and doctoral‑level training in counseling, psychology, and leadership

Together with his wife, Lou, Phil founded Restoration House and Hope Counseling to provide confidential care for pastors and civic leaders under pressure. They offer week‑long restorative retreats and ongoing support for leaders who need a safe place to rest, be honest, and process crisis, transition, and long‑term calling.

Phil has led teams, preached in a wide range of church contexts, and counseled people carrying significant responsibility. He is comfortable in rooms where church, community, and public service intersect, and has a long-term calling to care for leaders and their families who shoulder that weight in both ministry and civic life.

At Restoration House, Phil provides counseling, coaching, and pastoral care to help guests rest and think clearly, so they can return home renewed and equipped to serve.
