Phil Walleck, PhD

Phil Walleck is a pastor, counselor, and coach to ministry families and leaders based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida (South Walton | 30A). With over 25 years of ministry in private practice, hospitals, churches, and faith‑based organizations, he provides confidential care for pastors and leaders under pressure.​ Phil holds a PhD in Christian Education with masters degrees in Pastoral Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Phil and his wife Lou founded both Restoration House and Hope Counseling. At Restoration House, he provides pastoral care retreats to help guests rest and think clearly so they can return home renewed and equipped to serve. At Hope Counseling he provides pastoral counseling each week to individuals and marriages in office in South Walton and online for clients across the United States.
