Phil Walleck, PhD

Phil Walleck is a pastor, counselor, and coach to ministry families and leaders based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida (South Walton | 30A). With over 25 years of ministry in private practice, hospitals, churches, and faith‑based organizations, he provides confidential care for pastors and leaders under pressure.​ Phil holds a PhD in Christian Education, an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and has completed executive education at Harvard Law School and Yale School of Management.

Phil and his wife Lou founded Restoration House and Hope Counseling to serve pastors and civic leaders through week‑long retreats and ongoing support. At Restoration House, he provides counseling, coaching, and pastoral care to help guests rest and think clearly so they can return home renewed and equipped to serve.
